Comments / notes : In shaded moist places at higher altitudes
Key identification features : Annual, erect herbs with persistent cotyledons, 5-15 cm high. Leaves in false whorl at apex of stem, spathulate, toothed at margin. Flowers solitary, apetalous. Achenes ellipsoid, hooked hairy.
